HOW CAN I GET IN TOUCH?

We would love to hear from you. In order to give you the best customer service we encourage you to send your queries to the appropriate department. Please find below the options available:

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once our warehouse team has picked and packed your order with care you will receive a tracking number via email letting you know it’s on the way. You'll receive regular updates from the courier as the order makes its way to you. If you do want to know more about the status of your delivery you can contact us at customersupport@govita.com.au

 

how long will my order take to arrive?

We expect most orders to arrive safely to your door within 3-8 business days. Once you hit the checkout button our warehouse team will have the order packed and ready to ship within 1-4 business days. Your health and wellness goodies will then be collected by the courier and depending on where you are located this could add another 1-5 days to your delivery time. Also, please have in mind that we do not operate on the weekends so orders placed on Friday and over the weekend will be dispatch on the following Monday.

In addition to this please expect delays during the seasonal events of the year such Christmas & Easter.

 

How much do you charge for shipping?

Our standard shipping fee is a $6.99 flat rate Australia wide and express shipping for $14.99. Also, all orders over $75 will attract FREE STANDARD SHIPPING so we encourage you to stock up on goodness! We do not offer express post at the moment. However, we are working hard tobring this service back as soon as possible.

 

How can I change or cancel my order once I've placed it?

If you have made a mistake on your order or want to cancel it, please let us know as soon as possible at customersupport@govita.com.au We can make changes to your order if it has not yet been despatched. Please note that once it has been booked for delivery, we are unable to make any changes.

 

Do you offer Click & Collect at my local Go Vita member store?

We are working on it! Unfortunately, not just yet. Many of the Go Vita store teams do offer a contactless pick up, phone and collect and even delivery services to their local communities, so please reach out via our Store Locator. We would encourage you to choose your preferred store in your account if you can as that way a share of the transaction is returned to your favourite local store.

 

Do you ship outside of Australia?

No, we currently only ship Australia wide, please check back as this may change in the future.

 

Do I need to sign up to be a Go Vita Club member to place an order?

No, you can checkout as a guest, but we really recommend signing up to receive our information packed health and wellness updates, special offer alerts, access to wishlist function and it will give you the ability to track orders; in fact it will just make your overall experience with us that much better!

 

How can I update my HEALTH CLUB member details?

As Go Vita is a member owned cooperative all of our stores are locally owned and operated. So if you signed up instore you will need to contact your local store to update your member details. If you signed up online you can update your details when logged in under your Account page here.

 

What is your returns policy?

Go Vita wants you to be satisfied with your purchase, and of course we will meet all our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law. In addition, we do take great care to ensure we present a high-quality range of products via our online store, however if for any reason the goods you receive are damaged or defective we will refund or exchange the item(s), provided you contact us within 30 days of delivery and you provide proof of purchase (i.e online invoice/order confirmation). Go Vita reserves the right to not offer a refund or exchange where the item fault is the result of misuse or neglect. Refunds will be issued using your original payment method. Please be aware that we do not provide refunds on sale items.

 

How do I make a return?

Please email customersupport@govita.com.au with your order number, your name and contact number, photo of product and reason for return. One of our customer service representatives will contact you with what to do from here.
