Peter Gilmour: Naturopath, Herbalist, Nutritionist

Peter is an experienced naturopath, herbalist and nutritionist who has been practising in Nowra for more than 25 years. His approach is analytical and practical, combining traditional naturopathic principles with nutritional and herbal medicine and modern functional assessment.

Peter has a particular interest in digestive health, metabolic balance and immune resilience, and incorporates tools such as live blood screening, intolerance testing and functional pathology where appropriate. He works with each person to understand the broader patterns influencing their health and develop a clear, individualised approach to restoring balance and vitality.

Ingrid Gilmour: Naturopath, Herbalist, Nutritionist, Psychotherapist

Ingrid has worked in natural health for more than 25 years and brings together naturopathy, nutritional and herbal medicine with postgraduate training in psychotherapy and mind-body health.

Her approach considers the whole person, exploring the relationship between physical health, nutrition, stress, emotional wellbeing and the patterns that can influence how we feel. Ingrid’s consultations are thoughtful, collaborative and practical, with a focus on helping people better understand their bodies and make sustainable changes that support long-term health and vitality.
