For some dishes you need actual coconut milk, but there are so many ways you can use this powder. For example, it is great for smoothies, and I often stick a couple of spoonfuls into casseroles. A little bit goes a long way, and it’s a much cheaper option that cans of organic coconut milk. The flavour is good too.
Love this, and so convenient for turmeric lattes and ice chocolate. Delicious, fresh taste.
