Great Binder
I’ve used the Orgran Egg Binder a lot over the years. I cook for someone who has food intolerances and another who is vegan by choice. It’s a great product when making simple fritters for example. I do use a little more if I make cakes . The ingredients are not complicated. We are lucky this is available.

Handy
I prefer to use orgran egg replacer rather than supermarket eggs (that aren't usually fresh). Orgran stores well & has a good use by date.
