It burns irritated skin

Applied the cream to my 13 month old son. He had irritated skin due to teething and I thought I'd try this product. He was crying already due to me cleaning him up, then he continued after I put his nappy on. Very unlike him. He was writhing from pain and refused to sit. I immediately took off the nappy, cleaned off this cream and he instantly was relieved. I applied a different cream and he didn't even flinch.

DO NOT USE THIS ON ALREADY IRRITATED SKIN!

There are no warnings on this item regarding the use on actual nappy rash/irritated/broken skin. There should be!
