It is the best gluten free bread mix on the market, even my brother who hates gluten free thinks it’s normal bread, haven’t told him yet…
I made bread rolls and 3 days later they were still edible. I kept some in a bread tin and frozen the others. Not sure how well the frozen ones will hold up though.
All I could make is solid rocks. I tried twice .
Disappointed.
