Works fantastically but tastes horrid
If you can get past the disgusting taste the shilajit really does give you energy and clarity. Its got me hooked that's for sure. Price is on the higher side but you literally use the tiniest amount each day less than a 1/4 of a pea size so will last a year if your the only one taking it and you buy the large size. I got smallest size also which I take when travelling too.
Bottle suggests not to take with water but so many people do and doesn't stop it working. I dissolve it in the smallest amount of hot water in a shot glass and knock it back quick. I also have something like toast on the ready to eat immediately after and the taste is gone in seconds. Don't be dissuaded as you do get use to the taste. Still not sure how some just put it on their tongue 🤢🤮
Go vita was great place to order online through. Item arrived very quickly. Definitely will buy through them again when I finish what I have.
10/10 experience. I put a piece of corn (for size comparison) next to the included stainless steel tool you use to dispense resin.
