We are a family run business and have recently expanded our store to provide our community with a much larger range including over 150 bulk items ranging from a huge variety of foods for all your cooking needs; chocolates & carob; liquids including Tamari, ACV & Oils; kitchen & laundry products.

We offer our customers a holistic approach to their health, incorporating homeopathy, herbals, supplements and foods to help achieve your goals of better health and wellness. Everyone is welcome so come and explore our range and our naturopaths/nutritionists are in store most days to offer more specific advice.

We are excited to bring workshops and events into our new space in the future.

Sharon has over 25 years of experience working in natural health and is deeply passionate about addressing the mind, body, and spirit. She believes that we are all living through a significant evolution of consciousness, and in a world that is busy, stressful, and constantly changing, it’s important to focus on what truly matters: presence, heart, and connection to oneself and to life.

Sharon advocates for taking the time to consciously breathe, practice self-care, reconnect with nature, and find balance. She believes that herbs, nutrition, and vibrational medicine can be powerful tools in supporting this process. Iridology, which Sharon describes as a personal blueprint, can help guide individuals, while meditation and energy healing can assist in shifting stubborn energy blocks.
