INGREDIENTS
 
  • 2 cups mixed roasted nuts
  • 200g sugar-free milk chocolate
  • 1/4 cup Natural Road protein powder of choice (you can omit if you wish)
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Natural Road Almond Butter
METHOD
 
  1. Roughly crush nuts by pulsing briefly in food processor or with a knife on a chopping board.
  2. spread nuts onto a baking tray lined with a reusable mat. Set aside.
  3. Melt chocolate gently on a low heat in a microwave or double boiler method. Pour chocolate over nuts to completely cover. Drizzle with nut butter.
  4. Place in fridge 2 hours or freezer for 20 minutes. Break into pieces and enjoy! Store in an airtight container in the fridge.

 


A delicious nutty flavour ideal for use in pesto's, dips and smoothies. Use as an alternative to peanut butter on toast or in slices and other baked goods.
