Party Cake With Premium Blend of Nuts and Dried Fruit
Natural Road Festive Cake Mix is a premium blend of nuts and sweet, plump and juicy dried fruits that makes other dried fruit mixes seem uninspired by comparison! This cake is so impressive and easy to make.

INGREDIENTS
125 g plain flour
½ teaspoon baking powder
pinch of salt
1 kg Natural Road Festive Cake Mix
200 g caster sugar
3 eggs
1 cup brandy or 1 cup fresh orange juice
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
METHOD

Grease and line a 20 cm round baking tin.

Sift flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl. Add cake mix and caster sugar.

Combine eggs, brandy or orange juice, and vanilla essence together in a separate bowl.

Add egg mixture to fruit mixture and mix thoroughly. Pour into prepared tin.

Bake at 150°C for two hours.
