Matcha Latte (hot or iced)
Whisk 1/2 a teaspoon matcha with a splash of hot (not boiling) water until smooth and frothy. Top with your favourite milk. Add ice for an iced latte and sweeten to taste!
Strawberry Matcha Latte
Muddle 3–4 ripe strawberries with 1–2 teaspoons maple or sugar in a glass. Add ice and 200 ml cold milk. Separately whisk 1/2 a teaspoon matcha with 50–60 ml water, then pour over for a vivid green-and-pink layer. Stir to marble.
