A modern twist on a fruit cake, these bars are perfect for snacking or gifting during the holiday season.

INGREDIENTS
- •1 kg Natural Road Festive Cake Mix (roughly chopped)
- •50 g dried cranberries
•150 g rolled oats
•150 g honey
•150 g coconut oil (melted)
•2 eggs
•1 tsp vanilla extract
•Zest of 1 orange
•1 tsp ground cinnamon
METHOD
- Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a rectangular baking tin with parchment paper.
- Combine the dry ingredients: In a large bowl, mix the Festive Cake Mix, rolled oats, dried cranberries, orange zest, and cinnamon.
- Prepare the wet ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the honey, melted coconut oil, eggs, and vanilla extract.
- Mix together: Pour the wet ingredients into the dry mixture and stir until well combined.
- Bake: Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared tin and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cool and store: Let the slice cool in the tin until set. Store in an airtight container.
