The perfect Christmas glazed ham recipe
Learn how to prepare the perfect glazed Christmas ham that will leave your guests hungry for more!

INGREDIENTS
- 100g brown sugar
- 120ml Organic Road Maple Syrup
- 40ml Organic Road Raw Honey
- 1T dijon mustard
- 1 whole leg ham, on the bone
- whole cloves
METHOD
- Combine sugar, syrup, honey and mustard in a bowl
- Preheat oven to 160°C. Line a large baking dish with baking paper. Use a sharp knife to cut around ham shank, about 10cm from the end. Work your fingers between the rind and the fat and lift off in one piece. Score fat in a diamond pattern, and stud with cloves. Place in baking dish
- Brush one-third of the glaze over ham. Bake, brushing with remaining glaze every 30 minutes, for 90 minutes.
- Serve hot straight from the oven, or serve at room temperature.
