2 tbsp Organic Road Chia Seeds
1 cup milk of choice
½ cup yoghurt (optional)
Fresh fruit, nuts or a drizzle of honey

Mix chia seeds with milk in a jar. Add yoghurt if using. Refrigerate overnight (or at least 2 hours). Top with fruit, nuts and honey and enjoy straight from the jar.
