INGREDIENTS

• 4 salmon fillets

• ¼ cup BeePower Australian Manuka Honey
• 2 tablespoons soy sauce
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 1 garlic clove, minced
• salt and pepper, to taste

 
 METHOD


1. Preheat oven to 190°C and line a baking sheet with baking paper.

2. Whisk together the honey, soy sauce, oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.

3. Brush mixture onto the salmon fillets.

4. Place fillets on the baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through and glaze is golden-brown.

5. Serve immediately.
