Honey Glazed Salmon

INGREDIENTS

• 4 salmon fillets

• 1/4 cup BeePower New Zealand Manuka Honey
• 2 tbsp soy sauce
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 garlic clove, minced
• Salt and pepper to taste

METHOD
 

Preheat oven to 180°C.

  1. In a small bowl, mix together manuka honey, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper.

  2. Brush the mixture onto the salmon fillets

  3. Place the salmon fillets onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper

  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and the glaze is golden brown. Serve immediately.
